Who Lord Vishnu is

Vishnu is the preserver in the Trimurti, who comes down to the world as Rama, Krishna and his other avatars.

The 10 Mukhi is his bead. Unusually it is not tied to a single planet, which is why it is grouped with all chakras and worn as a general protective bead against negative influence. It is uncommon but regularly available.
