Ekadasha Rudra are the eleven forms of Rudra, the fierce aspect of Shiva. Hanuman is counted in some traditions as the eleventh Rudra, which is why the bead is also linked with him.
The 11 Mukhi is their bead. It is worn for courage, protection and fearless speech, and it is traditionally a bead for people who travel or take risks. It is not common, but it is regularly available.
