Beads whose presiding deity is traditionally given as Agni Dev.
Agni is the god of fire, the messenger who carries offerings in the yajna to the other gods. In the Vedas he is invoked before almost anyone else.
The 3 Mukhi is his bead. It is linked with Mars and the Manipura chakra, and the reading is consistent: fire that burns off the past, energy and digestion in the broad sense. It is a common bead, so it is easy to compare a few side by side.

3 Mukhi. Attributions of this kind are recorded differently in different sources, so you may see other beads listed elsewhere.
Each bead has its own beej mantra. 3 Mukhi: Om Kleem Namah. It is traditionally chanted when the bead is first worn.
These are traditional associations recorded in Vedic and Puranic sources. They are described here as tradition, not as medical or therapeutic claims, and no bead is a substitute for medical care.
