Rudraksha traditionally associated with the Ajna chakra.
Ajna, the brow or third-eye chakra, sits between the eyebrows and is read as intuition, judgement and clear sight.
The 12, 13 and 14 Mukhi are grouped here. The 14 Mukhi, given to Hanuman, is the one most closely tied to Ajna in the texts; the 12 brings the Sun’s confidence and the 13 the pull of Venus. All three are uncommon to rare.

12 Mukhi, 13 Mukhi and 14 Mukhi. Chakra attributions are recorded differently in different sources, so you may see other beads listed elsewhere.
Each bead has its own beej mantra. 12 Mukhi: Om Kraum Sraum Raum Namah; 13 Mukhi: Om Hreem Namah; 14 Mukhi: Om Namah. It is traditionally chanted when the bead is first worn.
These are traditional associations recorded in Vedic and Puranic sources. They are described here as tradition, not as medical or therapeutic claims, and no bead is a substitute for medical care.
