Tradition
About this bead
Worn traditionally for intuition, third-eye activation, unsticks delayed progress, Sade Sati remedy
Usually worn by: Stuck careers, Shani afflicted, decision-makers.
These are traditional associations recorded in Vedic and Puranic sources. They are described here as tradition, not as medical or therapeutic claims, and no bead is a substitute for medical care.
Practical
Wearing and care
- How it is strung
- On red thread by default, or capped in silver on request. Tell us which you want when you order.
- Keeping it well
- Rudraksha is a seed. Keep it dry, oil it with mustard or olive oil once or twice a year, and take it off before swimming. It will darken with wear, which is normal and not a defect.
- Shipping and duties
- Sent insured from Nepal. Import duty is charged by your own country and is not included in the price above — we will give you the estimate for your destination when you order rather than surprising you later.

Questions about this size
Which size of 14 Mukhi Rudraksha should I choose?
We list 14 Mukhi in Regular (18–21 mm), Medium (21–24 mm), Collector (24–32 mm), Super Collector (32–40 mm). Regular is the smallest of the sizes we list it in. Beads this size sit comfortably on a bracelet or a mala and are light enough to forget you are wearing.
What size is Regular 14 Mukhi?
Our Regular band is 18–21 mm. Grade names differ between sellers, so compare the millimetres rather than the word — every individual bead below lists its own exact measurement.
Is Regular grade worth the extra over a smaller bead?
Size does not change the traditional attribution of the bead. Larger beads are rarer, more symmetrical and priced accordingly, so it is a question of what you want to wear and what you want to spend, not of one bead being more genuine than another.
Will I receive the exact bead in the photographs?
Yes, if you choose one of the individual beads listed below. Each has its own measurements, X-ray and collection record, and that specific bead is what ships.
